Fixed

• Back-ported: a newly appeared tooltip could be misjudged as "lost" on the same frame, skipping the fade-out delay and vanishing instantly instead of fading. Tooltips observed in the current frame are no longer treated as lost.
• Back-ported: text tooltips could be clipped to nothing, because the scissor rectangle used the animator's in-flight size, which could still belong to a differently sized tooltip. Text tooltips now align to their content size; item tooltip size easing is unchanged.

Changed

• Removed dead code left over from the style-system refactor: unused policy helpers in TooltipRenderPolicy, the legacy TooltipRenderer overloads and their HSV helpers, the unused ColorFlowAnimator speed field/setters, and the unused MissingRarityScreen.
• ConfigManager.getLoadWarnings() no longer clears the warning list as a side effect; the consuming behaviour moved to the new consumeLoadWarnings().
