Added Custom Tags/Prefixes system.

The new prefixes system is separate from LuckPerms prefixes, so both systems can be used at the same time. All custom prefixes can be configured inside: config/shadowchat/prefixes.json Each prefix can have:

• Custom display with colors, hex colors and gradients.
• Description.
• Custom permission.
• Priority.
• Enabled or disabled setting.
• Selectable setting.
• Default ownership.
• Auto equip.
• Exclusive group.

You can also configure:

• Maximum active prefixes per player.
• Separator between multiple prefixes.
• The order of prefixes using priority.

Prefix placeholders.

• ${custom_prefixes} - Displays all active custom prefixes.
• ${custom_prefix} - Displays only the active prefix with the highest priority. The placeholders are optional and can be used inside chat, tab list and nametag formats.

Example: %luckperms:prefix% ${custom_prefixes} ${display_name} ➤ ${message}
