Spawner fix 1.1.0 для Minecraft 26.2 (Fabric)

This update introduces the highly requested feature to harvest spawners in Survival mode using Silk Touch, safely controlled via a new game rule.

• Silk Touch Harvesting: Spawners can now be mined and dropped as items when using the Silk Touch enchantment!
