Ports Wildbound to the official Minecraft 26.3 release.

Changes

• Advancement-predicate system update: ContextAwarePredicate folded into the loot-condition system (`Optional<Holder>replaces it on every trigger'splayer` field).
• LivingEntity.drop now takes a required Prediction arg; the bound-cluster's inventory-full fallback uses SERVER_ONLY, matching vanilla's own server-driven give-or-drop call sites.
• No gameplay changes — same companions, same mechanics as 1.3.0.
