Introduce command confirmation flow (pending/confirm/cancel) and history searching/timestamping, plus .version-based version loading.

ShellCommand: add pendingCommand, /m2s confirm and /m2s cancel, require confirmation when enabled, support history search, show timestamps, and refactor command execution to a background thread with output limits/encoding handling.
HistoryManager: switch to HistoryEntry with timestamps, add search API and formatted timestamps.
ModConfig/ModConfigScreen: add confirmCommand and useRegexInBlacklist options; implement regex or wildcard blacklist matching with a helper matcher.
Localization: add new en/tr strings for confirmation, search, and config options; update output/help wording to /m2s.
