This update brings full porting to 1.21.1, new mod compatibilities.

Minecraft 1.21.1 Support:
- Updated to Fabric 1.21.1 with modern Fabric DataGen architecture.
Farmer's Delight Integration:
- Added Canvas Signs (Standing & Wall) in all 16 Dye Depot colors.
- Added Hanging Canvas Signs (Ceiling & Wall Hanging) in all 16 Dye Depot colors.
- Custom dyed sign entity models and sign-editing GUI backgrounds with natural wooden frames.
- Added full crafting, dyeing recipes, loot tables, and tag integrations.
Comforts Integration:
