Fixed

• Custom home names were lost after reconnecting to a server. The server key was resolved using client.getCurrentServer(), which can return null on the network thread when the JOIN event fires (race condition), causing names to be stored under the wrong key. The fix uses handler.getServerData(), which is guaranteed to be populated at JOIN time.

• Custom home names — rename each home slot directly from the config screen (Mod Menu). The name is displayed on hover instead of "Home #1", "Home #2", etc. 24 character limit.
• Per-server isolation — names are saved separately for each server and each solo world. Switching servers no longer mixes up your configurations.
• Fix — bed colors were not properly reloaded from quicktrigger.json on startup.
