Shield Mastery
Master the vanilla shield with server-authoritative timing-based parries. Start blocking inside the configurable 200 ms window to cancel the hit, push back a melee attacker, reflect standard and compatible modded projectiles, and earn exactly one counterattack bonus. Ordinary blocking outside the window remains vanilla.

- Configurable timing, durability, knockback and enchantment levels
- Small optional crosshair flash with no large HUD

- JSON configuration and safe disconnect cleanup
Requires Minecraft 1.20.1, Fabric Loader, Fabric API and Java 17. Install on client and server. Compatible with Sodium, Lithium and standard content mods; no chunks are forced and no world scan occurs. MIT licensed.
