Overview
When adding a new server, if a name isn't provided, the mod will save the server with its IP address as the name, however if the server is registered on the Lunar Client server mappings, its name will be used instead.

Install Fabric for your Minecraft version, download IP as Server Name for the same version and loader, put the file into the mods folder and launch the game with the loader profile.
Which Minecraft versions does IP as Server Name support?
IP as Server Name has builds for Minecraft 1.0–26.1, 26.1.2–26.3.
Is IP as Server Name needed on the server?
Client only — no need to install it on the server
