This mod adds a custom tab to the Creative menu with 6 (currently) items:

Playerfinder. An invisible, walkable block that can be connected in a network to activate redstone from a distance.

Spoiler

Playerfinder network detecting the player and powering all the blocks around it.

Single-use Playerfinder. A network of single-use playerfinders is destroyed after the first activation by a player.

Single-usage playerfinder network breaks after the first usage.

Invisible Silent Block Sensor. Playerfinders or sculk sensors are fully invisible when not holding a block visualizer item in hand.

Invisible and silent sculk sensor activates a lamp when hears player footsteps.

Block Visualizer. When held, this item makes all invisible blocks visible.
Wireless Sign. Allows you to transmit a signal over any distance as long as the chanks are loaded.

Redstone timer. The code and textures are taken from the Redstone Timer mod by ThBTT, ported to version 1.20.1 and improved. Allows you to delay a signal for any duration, with the option to randomize the delay and activation time.

Blocks can't be crafted in survival; They're intended for mapmaking.
