Client-side Fabric mod that lets you scroll long item tooltips with the mouse wheel instead of having them run off the screen. Tooltips that fit render like vanilla. Scrolling only kicks in when one is taller than the screen. Configurable scroll speed, scrollbar, and margins (editable in-game with Mod Menu). Fully client-side. Fabric API not required.
