The Time Vortex (TARDIS)

This is a TARDIS mod done differently. You start with a junk console and a hull you glue together out of whatever blocks you want, fly it around, and slowly work your way up through a tech tree until it's a police box that's bigger on the inside.

1.1.0 is a full rewrite of the old Time Vortex mod. It runs on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge now, for 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.11 and 26.3. TARDISes from 0.386 and older won't carry over into your old worlds.

Requires

Fabric API on Fabric. Everything else is optional.

Works with

JEI, Jade, WTHIT, CC: Tweaked, Create, Create Aeronautics, Ad Astra and Mod Menu, plus anything that uses FE or Team Reborn Energy.

Here's what's in it:

• Place a console and glue a hull around it out of any blocks. The whole thing flies and you steer it from the helm.
• Set a course on the monitor and pull the lever to travel through the time vortex. Things go wrong on the way, and if you don't fix them in time you drift off course, lose artron or take damage. Miss too many and you fall out of the vortex.

• Save places in the Memory Banks, go back with Fast Return, roll the Randomiser, and use the scanner to find biomes, structures and players.
• Fit modules into the console's panels and bays to unlock more: the helm, throttle, navigation computer, artron cells, fluid links, stabilisers and more.

• A whole tech tree. Mine Zeiton-7 and cinnabar, grow artron crystals around rifts, and run generators, capacitors, conduits and machines. The Artron Forge and the Matrix Assembler are multiblocks. Everything is in JEI.

• Build the Architectural Reconfiguration Rig around your junk TARDIS and it folds it up into a police box that's bigger on the inside. You can see straight through the doors from either side and walk in and out without a loading screen.

• The police box flies like a real object. It leans into turns, spins, and bounces and tumbles when it hits things. With Create Aeronautics (1.21.1 NeoForge) it's a proper Aeronautics body.
• Make your police box anywhere from an eighth of its size to eight times bigger.
• A Cloaking Device module that makes your police box invisible.

• TARDISes have owners and keys, and everything works in singleplayer, open to LAN and on servers.
• Fly to the moon and the other planets with Ad Astra and keep breathing with the Atmospheric Generator (1.20.1 and 1.21.1).
• Control your TARDIS from a CC: Tweaked computer.
• A config screen with settings for pretty much everything.
• Translated into Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Ukrainian, Italian and Turkish.
