BrightMode

Switch the client brightness setting with one shortcut, with an optional gradual transition.

Controls and settings

F7: toggle the brightness setting
Rebind the shortcut in Options → Controls
Enable Smooth Mode for gradual transitions

The current file appears as Fullbright+ in Mod Menu, where its screen is called Fullbright Settings. Configuration is saved in fullbright.json.

Installation

Client-side Fabric mod. Choose a file marked for your Minecraft version. Requires Fabric Loader 0.17.2 or newer, Java 21, Fabric API, and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL). Mod Menu is optional for opening settings.
