This adds slab versions of the vanilla light blocks.

Slablights in the dark

They behave like regular slabs (they have a top, bottom and full block variant), and provide the same light level as their vanilla counterparts. This includes a redstone lamp slab, which works exactly like the full block redstone lamp (powered = lit), but behaves like a slab.
