Needed on the server; optional in the game
This Minecraft mod adds a worldborder core. To create it, you need to use the
/worldbordercore spawncommand in a world where there is a barrier.
Worldborder Core functionality:
- Searches for obtainable blocks or materials inside the barrier and randomly selects an item type from the list.
- If you throw the required number of items into the core, it will explode and increase the barrier area by 10 blocks.
- After the explosion, the core recalculates the probabilities and selects the next item type.
- If the required number of items is not provided to the server within ~6 hours of real time, the item type will be updated to another.
- The item type can be rerolled with a diamond block.
- On border increase core can give 2-5 diamonds with 10% chance.
Can be configured via mod menu.
Note: This mod needs to be installed on the client also to render the base model and animations. It can be run on the server side only, but the user experience will be worse.
